Thanks for the calculations, 11 makes more sense if the fgure
calculated by the formula is 9.9. As I also said the 4.48 calculation
doesn't allow for study time / lecturing + leave etc. - the figure I
have heard quoted for nursing posts is 6-7 FTE for complete cover
of a nursing post.
I wasn't aware that FTE for consultant was 35 hours, that's
something i've learned this week.
