I was trying to indicate what the *best* use of HTML is, not the every day
use.

No, your browser doesn't read your mail, but it does control the security
setting for Outlook (don't ask me, I only use it). I know it does seem a bit
queer.

You don't have to turn it off, you can ask it to prompt you before accepting
or only use code from site you trust.
If you have the latest version or the patches, then KAK etc should trigger
a warning anyway.
