Jose,
Your request is not an "old fashioned requirement." We're trying to create
pages that will print nicely (with all the words on the page!). If we do
have to split a document over several web pages, we will have a link that
will provide a printer friendly copy of the entire document.
We appreciate your comments.

I am very happy with the suggestions for the web site design changes (WAI
guidelines? well, why not...)
Just one point: this might sound as an old fashion requirement, but
sometimes I like/need to print stuff from the web. I hope that the
requirement for "there is too much scrolling" will not result in having big
documents split in dozens of small pages... TX!
Regards,
jose borbinha
