The message below has been posted on the web site in support of the ISI Centres in UK. It draws attention to the continuing availability of printed case study material for those engaged in promoting these technologies - contacts given below if you would like to use them at your next VR promotional event. In addition, there are still copies of the CD-ROM 'Getting Started in VR' that was produced under the VR Awareness Programme. Please state the number that you would like for your next event - allow time for delivery!

Virtual Reality Awareness Programme
The VR Awareness Programme formally concluded on 31 March 2000. However, it is still possible to get information and guidance on VR and 3D imagery from the web site set up under the programme, <http://www.ukvrforum.org.uk/>. In particular, the site has copies of the case studies that were published during the programme and a list of companies and organisations that were members of the UK VR Forum. Responsibility for maintaining the site is being transferred to Loughborough University.
The case studies are available in printed form (for distribution at events) or may be viewed and reproduced from the UK VR Forum web site <http://www.ukvrforum.org.uk/>. The following lists the applications, the industry sectors and some of the companies / organisations which have contributed:
