If you look up some old copies or even newer ones of physiotherapy / frontline mags the adverts for the manip machine are in there with a phone number if you wish to pursue asking about the trial?!
Thinking about it, if you are from Australia the mags are the English physio journals, so i'll keep you in touch if i do hear of anything.
many thanks for your reply,

Hello Paul,
an interesting experience, it seems quite unusual for this method/technique
to be so effective as he describes on chronic back pain. As we know CLBP is
a completely different mechanism to acute and most studies report "hands on"
stuff just doesn't work. I would be interested in getting the results of his
study too - do you know with whom he is doing the study?
How does one gauge how much pressure to exert with the machine?
Cheers,
Anna.

treating spinal conditions, psycho aspects, movement therapy and considered
that his machine would prove to be the cure for all spinal pain. He was
doing a study with chronic pain, with consultants at the Oswestry spinal
centre, and getting great results, but when asked about the trial was very
evasive and told us to wait for the published results! still waiting.

patients but then so does other far cheaper less provocative techniques that
do not cost so much.
