I have made it easier to find the development kit on my web pages,
see under Ox packages. A direct link is:
http://www.nuff.ox.ac.uk/users/doornik/software/oxdev220.zip
Note that the development files are automatically installed with
Ox Professional, but need to be downloaded and installed
separately with Ox Condole and Ox for Unix. The default location
is in ox/dev.
A full example for the free Borland compiler (version 5.5 I think) is
at http://www.nuff.ox.ac.uk/users/doornik/software/oxdev220_bcc.zip
Examples (the same threes function) for other platforms/compilers
are in the devlopment kit.

Subject: Extending OX?
Hi:
Can anyone help me on how to extend OX with C++ compiled functions for
Windows? I have the Borland C++ 4.0 and the OX 2.20. It doesn't seem to be
as easy and intuitive as proclamed. First, the A1 appendix on the Ox book
is not very much explicit. The oxexport.h header file an others can't be
found anywhere on my OX 2.20 downloaded version nor in the OX download
page. In the threes example, do I need to create a def dile with EXPORTS
command if I declare FnThrees as extern in Borland C++? Can someone send a
me a COMPLETE example that I could compile and run from scratch, I mean,
with source codes, definition files, headers etc...?
