Dear All,
A colleague, Paula Wilton, and I are doing an
international comparative analysis of the effect of
'budget-holding' (defined widely) arrangements at a
primary care level.
Thus far we have limited analyses to the UK, New Zealand
and the USA, and would be grateful if list-members can
suggest other countries across the world that have some
sort of budget-holding arrangement (total or partial) at a
primary care level and/or advise a reference that
summarises either primary care arrangements across
countries, or details those within a specific country.
Many thanks,
Rich
