No - 12 leads cannot be done in a moving ambulance. Although, like an iv
they COULD be set up to run and then pull over and stop to actually take the
ECG (about 20 seconds) before moving off again.

Bolus lytics are better, but you can use strep in a moving vehicle with the
proper pumps. IIRC the evidence is that thrombolytic reperfusion
arrhythmias do not increase mortality during the infusion period, so moving
the patient during administration should not be a problem from that point of
view.
