surely all a matter of definitions
If I do an A+E locum I am probably A+E staff - when I see patients in
our cottage hospital (minor???) injuries unit I am probably primary care
staff - if I am a GP clinical assistant in A+E who knows what I am
(although I know who a few folk who could make some suggestions ;-)
Doesn't all this, in its simplicity, reveal the problems of trying to
formulate a 'national' plan?
Cheers :)
