I wonder if you might get some useful information from a professional body
of music therapists that exists in the UK? It is called the Association of
Professional Music Therapists, and they have a website:
http://www.apmt.org.uk. To my shame I haven't visited it, so I can't tell
you what is on there, (and if it's any good!)
They are members of the UK Clinical Effectiveness Forum for Allied Health
