**You have hit it on the head. This same theme keeps resurfacing in this newsgroup
in various forms and ways. (that's why I like it here) There are two main issues
at stake here to make this viable. (1) Since this produces a whole new paradigm,
it's imperative to be able to impart a new belief system in our patients. One of
ownership, control and self awareness of their inherent adaptive abilities. (2) A
take home system that the patient and perform almost anywhere or time, on an as
needed basis. It has to be able to quickly produce the intrinsic rewards to keep
them motivated. I am interested to know what the brain trusts in the group do to
fulfill this.
