Dear Kathryn,
i see now that your email program --at least as it's read by *my* emale
program-- curiously inserts a "<pre>" at the top of each of your posts,
something that i don't believe i've ever seen before.
so when you wrote:
<pre>Jungians regularly refer to Judas as Christ's "shadow."
i figured you had made a typo and read it as "pre-jungians..." and was very
interested in hearing just who these "pre-jungians" might be. alas, it
appears that they are virtual pre-jungians, the hardest archetype to tract
down.
>>not a medievalist, is Wills, i believe.
>No. A Historian.
i've got a theory that there are two types of people in the whirled:
those who say "a historian" and those who say "an historian." i believe that
the former are from Mars, but i've yet to figure out where the
latter come from.
best from here,
christopher
