IF ANYONE CAN HELP ...
Apologies for mass posting, but I am prepared to circulate any responses if
you indicate your interest.
I am interested in reviewing any contracts/clauses used in contracts that
you may have in place for adjunct/sessional/fulltime staff that address
performance and quality in delivery of education.
I am rewriting all staff contracts effective from 1st July and wish to
include some appropriate clauses that tie their performance in with a new
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement process that will also be put
into place.
The bottom line is that we need to be able to remove any serious defaulters.
The problem as I see it is that the judgement will be qualitatively rather
than quantitatively based, and therefore definable only affectively.
Presumably I am not the first person with this problem/requirement, so I
would appreciate any feedback.
Sincerely and appreciatively,
Dr Peter French
