Martin, I have got mulligans book manual therapy v3rd edition but have not come across the 1st rib technique and C4 sh. abdn MWM. Could you describe these techniques further or clarify them.

This could be first rib stiffness, which would be irritated with shoulder
abdn, or may be C3,4 dysfunction. Try Mulligan 1st rib mobn in sitting with
sh. abdn MWM, or C4 sh. abdn MWM. I assume all cervical movements are
normal. The MWMs must be painfree.
