Does anyone on the list know of any developments in the area of "near
bedside" cardiac enzyme tests - ie one that could use a stick test(like BM
stick or uristik) to ascertain whether someone with an equivocal ECG is
having an AMI?, or perhaps a VERY quick reagent test? that obviates the need
to send off for formal lab testing for abnormal enzymes.
Or is the concept completely off the wall?
