Great to see that this old custom goes ahead. I went to the first well
dressing blessing of the session..which was neither a well dressed nor a
blessing. Spondon has a lovely positioned Saxon ( sic ) Holywell, but
decided to do it outside the pub!! and naturally the vicar wasn't keen on
this. I can understand this if there wasn't a well, but it did seem a bit
odd. I wonder what is the oddest dressing not a well well dressing.
If people are interested I am happy to post times regarding other dressings.
Incidently Living Spring journal..excellent..much a source for future
discussion and exploration..well done
