Dear List,
Working as I do with sick and terminally ill people, I am often
confronted with the anxieties faced by surviving family and friends
about how best to action the deceased's wishes where nothing specific
has been indicated in a Will.
I myself am not thinking of shuffling off the mortal coil just
yet, but feel I need to have things in place so that my clients will be
given the best care and support possible should I die suddenly or become
incapable of practising and/or conveying instructions.
Have any of you made provision for this, and if so, would you
care to share with me a suitable form of words which can be incorporated
into an existing Will? As always any ideas would be welcome, on or off
list.
Best wishes,
Sue Vogel
