Dear Elmer
Substitute CPD for staff training and I think you have the key. Many
professions in and outside hospitals are dragged away on staff training
often highly expensive and tenuous in their relationship to the employees
work.
Why do we employed in the health service, have to be treat differently to
the rest of industry, with regard to our continuing training requirements.
Is this not just private practictionners sour grapes, wanting the benefits
this brings without some of the downside?.
Regards Kevin Reese
