Colleagues and Friends.
I put some questions about how political communication and action,
especially deliberative communication and common (co-operative) action,
assisted by information and communication technology (ICT) or relying on
older methods, are developing in the early 21st century.
If substantial responses come back then I'll prepare a summary for the list.
Where are good, living and active examples of political forums which are
open to all people of a town, region, country, federation or union?
Where is "grass roots" political communication to be found at its best?
This can be "single issue" based or more broadly based.
What about international or transnational campaigns? What were the
successful campaigns and why did others fail? What are on-going campaigns
trying to achieve? Are they open, publicity-shy, or covert?
Sincerely,
Michael Macpherson
