I've heard about similar problems here in Indiana. Students who take my
correspondence course while incarcerated I've had a number of reports about
inaccessible meeting rooms, dining facilities, cells, etc.
Do the ADA and other laws not apply to prisions? Does anyone know of any
successful cases where prisoners have sued for compliance?
