Is the emphasis on 'physical' intentional? It seems to me that the
activities of psychotherapy and counselling also come under the broad remit
of 'rehabilitation' and though these activities are all to frequently
regarded as anti-social model (simply because counsellors work with the
individual) they do aim to change the person. The question then becomes
rehabilitation, habilitation or what? - and to what?
