hi alison,
i am a pediatric physiotherapist already 30 years "on my knees" on the
floor treating children of all ages. for the last year i could not very
well get down on the mat or get up. i could not go down stairs using my
right knee for full weight bearing. the knee was swollen and painfull all
the time, day and night. all this i am telling you because nothing helped
me including my friends the physios.
now, after two months of taking the complex GLUCOSAMINE + CHONDROITIN i am
free of pain, no swollen knee, and i can get down and up from the mat while
treating the children. so maybe the exercises should be encouraged after
the pain has gone? i am much happier now going up and down stairs without
the pain!
