I would like to hear from anyone that is using Pilates a) in the NHS b) with
children in tennis and/or dance (age range 9 - 18). Currently I am taking
them through various exercises, being aware of breathing control, quality of
movement, relaxation, co-ordination etc, but I would be interested in any
specific strategies, successes etc. c) I also work in chronic pain
management and am incorporating the stability principles to the exercise
circuit - it is going down well!
