Why use a spread sheet when you want a database?
I have used both Access and Lotus Approach for keeping club records and
creating mailing labels.
Access is part of Microsoft Office. Lotus Approach is cheaper! I have
transferred Lotus records into Access without difficulty. Most modern
databases can cope with the transfer of records.
Best Wishes
