How marvellous in this Windows world to hear of another MPRO fan. I would have
recommended it but didn't know if it's still available. It crashes far less than
Windows and, yes, one of its brilliant facilities is the free-form filing
system.
I still use it every day as the foundation for a rapidly growing web site having
a very large databank on it (and having started with the CP/M version!!) BUT, to
be honest, I don't know how easy it is to learn from scratch. I think most of us
started when it was very simple and grew up with it.
Sorry about the ramblings, but the guy that devised MPRO knew (knows) a thing or
two.
