Tools and methods are closely related, there is no QDA-program on the
market that incorporates all methods. You will have to spend some time
choosing, in Weitzman/Miles you can read a lot on choosing and
evaluating different kinds of software.

Code-A-Text, HyperResearch, and Atlas/ti can handle all these data
within the program (I do not claim that this list of software is
complete, hopefully I didn't forget someone/something).
