Looks as though noone has answered. I am an ex-scientist. not a classicist
but wonder if this is a phrase, as such? 'In quo' is 'in which' or 'to
which'. 'Morata' is unconnected with this and would suggest 'delayed';
another root would provide characterised or similar. I think it is probably
necessary to have the full sentence.
