All,
many eLib sites make use of Dublin Core metadata (http://purl.org/dc/),
either created manually or via a tool like Andy Powell's DC-Dot
(http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/metadata/dcdot/).
Some of you also use images such as Tony Gill's (in?)famous apple to denote
the use of DC metadata on your pages.
Those of you embedding DC metadata might be interested in a new set of
images from the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative itself. There are freely
available for use on your websites, and can be downloaded from
http://purl.org/dc/banners/.
