Dear all,
Mea culpa! There hasn't been an issue of SMR News yet this year, I had good
intentions back in December but it would have been a very thin issue if I'd
put it together in January. People had been expressing interest in the
databases and GIS in use in SMRs so time seemed right to carry out the SMR
2000 survey, I am currently writing up the results which I hope that you'll
find interesting. Unfortunately this got caught up in the end of year rush
and so SMR News will not now come out until April.
Rob and I have been discussing holding the next meeting of the SMR Users
Group in mid June. I need to check the availability of a venue and some
speakers and will advertise the date as soon as possible.
See you at IFA?
Kate

Dear Kate, just a silly question: has SMR News been published since jan? If
so, I haven't received a copy. Also, do you have any advance dates for the
next SMR Users group meeting? Susan PS. Hope you are well
