Sorry, I'm confused as well. Your problem seems to be with other people's terminology, and I'm not familiar with it either. However, if I was worried about the size of the heart chambers I'd get an echocardiogram.

hypertrophy the chamber bulge so i say external rocking according to apex
bulge in relation to Rt vent. while others say internal rocking according to
direction of movement of apex to inside and visa a versa thus i'm confused!!
