I understand the principle of beat-by-beat rocking/anti-rocking of the mediastinum due to changes in the relative sizes of different chambers of the heart.
However, I don't understand your question. How do you do external rocking or internal rocking? What are you rocking - the heart or the body? Have I missed the point completely? Are you suggesting a clinical test to identify left vs right heart hypertrophy, or you suggesting some form of cardiopulmonary resuscitation? And what would you like to research? Sorry to sound so ignorant.

anti-rocking movement is anti-clock wise movement that in left ventricle
hypertrophy there is apical buldge and left parasternal retraction while
rocking movement is clock wise movement that in right ventricle hypertrophy
there is left parasternal buldge and apical retraction
So can anyone answer my question?
