This did appear to be truly an infarct. There were no
old ECG's available, but the presenting ECG showed ST
elevation in II, III and aVF that was not suspicious.
There was no lateral ischaemia or other changes noted.
She did go on to have an enzyme rise....
I have little other data..
The description of her "falling asleep" were her
words, I took it to mean episodes of loss of
consciousness....The ECG was very convincing and
typical of an inferior infarct.
