If I believed for one second I could have an ongoing imnpact on that I
would in a heart beat. But the fact of the matter is that all sorts of
people are making those interpretive judgements on a daily basis in the
lives of people with cognitive differences. The list is endless. But there
is one statement in a file that forever changes the way a person is treated
and that can be changed.
