Hi Scott
Try PowerDVD v2.55 for 50 dollars.
http://www.cyberlink.com.tw/english/index.asp
It is a software player that is supposed to work on NT, on a Pentium II
400MHz or above - so you should be OK with your hardware. I have not tried
it on NT, but it does work on Windows 98 and Windows 2000. There is a free
30 day trial version available for download, which would be worth a look.
The best site reviewing software DVD players is
http://www.inmatrix.com/
but most of the players only work with Windows 98.
Hope this is useful.
Phil.
