As a new qualified physio with (hopefully) a long carreer ahead of me and
also being in the possession of a fine scoliosis I was doubly interested in
this info. Firstly where do I go to learn this in the UK and also I
thought the primary indication of surgery in the scoliosed patient was
determined by the likelihood of the patient developing respiratory
complications in later life, I was therefore wondering what changed (peak
flow, Cobb angle etc.) to alter the prognosis of the patient.
Thanks
John
