I have a patient who is now 5 months into a acl repair rehab programme.
He has followed a conservative protocol using CKC PNF Wobble boards Isotonic exs. He has full quads power R=L, full ROM and has now started a jogging programme which I do not think will cause too much problem.
This is the question. He plays american football and wishes to start training with the team in Feb. He wonders whether he should be wearing an ACL brace?
What's the latest on these. His Consultant hasn't mentioned about one.
