Manchester Central Library has a copy on the
open shelves under the 1851 census.
Also Preston Library has some of the 1851 census volumes,
but I cannot say if they have the one you require. Phone
them
The main problem is that the census may be classified as a
volume in the Parliamentary Papers series for 1852 or 1853.
Check the PP indexes under POPULATION.
