Hello, everyone. Linda mentioned a couple of things that appeared in the
Journal of Disability Policy Studies, and since I edited that journal for
10 years but no longer do, I thought I should let people know how to
access it.
First, if your university/college library doesn't carry the journal,
please ask them to!
Second, if the library doesn't have it, and you'd like to get a back copy,
contact Pro-ed Publishers in Austin, Texas. Phone 512.451.3246, fax
512.302.9129, e-mail <[log in to unmask]>.
The articles mentioned were in a special issue edited by Corinne Kirchner
and myself, on the politics of disability statistics. The volume was 1993,
Volume 4, No. 2.
Hope this is helpful to anyone who's interested.
