The Department of Geography at the University of Edinburgh is advertising
the following position:
LECTURESHIP
IN
HUMAN GEOGRAPHY
We are looking for an enthusiastic scholar to contribute to our human
geography teaching programme and to help develop our core research
themes on Geographies of Regulation and Participation and Cultural
Politics of Identity. This is an opportunity to join one of Britain's
most highly rated research and teaching departments. It will be an
advantage if your interests complement our existing strengths, for
example in geographies of racism, nationalism, gender and sexuality;
geographies of welfare and inequality; geographies of housing and
urban change.
Start date: September 1st 2000
Salary Scale: AT2A: stlg17,238 - stlg22,579
