Message from the GP-UK mailbase list is that NHSDirect did not cope over
the festive season. In some areas they apparently just shut up shop
once overwhelemed!
I am not aware of any GP co-ops that did this
It would appear that yet again the GPs are leading the way in offering
scalable services that offer the required flexibility - rather than moan
about them or us - why don't we see what we can learn from each other?
