I believe it depends on the technique chosen and the skilll of the
therapist. If I understand your inquirey correctly, a manipulation
done with muscle energy takes me about 45 to 60 sec if I get the
desired pt. cooperation. A direct technique takes about 10 sec. or
less. Functional technique takes about 60 sec but I usually follow
this with muscle energy.

list ,regarding effect of the time at which
a manipulation is performed, on the patient,as we know the height of
spine changes and
so does the dynamics of spine ,when we are moving spine ,it should
definitely help if
taken in consideration?
