I NORMALLY EAT SEA-URCHIN !
I saw also that is commercialized in "can".
I found 7 frags. of sea-urchin of Psammechinus microtuberculatus in a faunal
sample coming from the Convent of "Minimi of San Francesco di Paola" in
"Trinità dei Monti" (Rome) (see Anthropozoologica n. 30).
