RESEARCH ASSISTANT/FELLOW
TRANSPORT RESEARCH INSTITUTE
NAPIER UNIVERSITY
(FIXED TERM FOR TWO YEARS)
£16,286 - £24,479 per annum (pay award pending)
Based at their Glasgow HQ, you will work on a two-year project funded by
Strathclyde Police to evaluate the
hypothecation of speeding fine revenue.You will collect and collate data on
speed camera enforcement and
other road safety initiatives, assist in the design, administration and
analysis of road safety questionnaires and
interview schedules and liaise with staff in the three participating
agencies in the project (Strathclyde Police,
Glasgow City Council and Glasgow District Court).
You should possess a degree in a numerate discipline and have experience of
research project work. A higher
degree with a social science research methods component would be an
advantage.
