RESEARCH STUDENTSHIPS in Transport
Research into transport and its impacts requires innovative and pioneering
thinking from a whole range of disciplines - engineering, mathematics,
statistics, science, computing, geography, psychology, sociology, planning,
economics.
If you have or expect to obtain a first or upper second class honours degree
in one of these (or other!) subjects, an EPSRC-funded research studentship,
and other research studentships established under the same criteria, are
available through the Transport Research Institute (TRI) which promotes
cross-disciplinary research across all departments of the University. Some
studentships include industrial co-sponsorship and provide an opportunity
for spending time with a firm.
Further information can be obtained from the Director, Transport Research
Institute, on 0131-455-5151, e-mail: [log in to unmask] Please apply by cv
