In addition to Lisa's point (I've written a paper that does,
in fact, for those reasons talk about transgendered identity
alongside the cyborg idea, as similar in some ways;

it's important that the original notice puts the word 'unnaturalness'
in scare quotes. The authors are indicating that they themselves
don't view transsexuals as unnatural at all, but on the contrary
wish to analyze and criticize the usage of that label by others.
