If you want a summary and guide to some sources, try Friedemann
Pfäfflin, Astrid Junge, "Sex Reassignment. Thirty Years of International
Follow-up Studies After Sex Reassignment Surgery: A Comprehensive
Review, 1961-1991".
While obviously not completely up-to-date, this is published, as an
online book, on the IJT site.
The summary, at
http://209.143.139.183/ijtbooks/pfaefflin/6002-6.asp#Treatment,
indicates what the conclusions of the individual studies (also reported
and reviewed in the book) are. The individual reviews usually break out
the Ftm and FtM figures seperately.
