Contact the Servicemembers' Legal Defense Network, <www.sldn.org> They're
the professionals at this. I think you're taking a real risk, in a case
where you need genuine expertise, to rely on a generalized web query to all
and sundry--too much risk of the "amateur hour." I say this as a lawyer who
wouldn't even think to try giving you advice on this particular matter since
my area is health and family law, not the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
