This is just a short administration note to let you know about a few 
changes.

The "reply to" address on messages will now be the sender's address 
not the lists' address.  If you receive helpful replies to questions 
and comments originally sent to the list, please could you send a 
digest to the list.

I have received an important notice from MAILBASE regarding changes
to the UK national academic mailing list service.  Following an open
procurement, the JISC (who run the Joint Academic Network - JANET)
have awarded the contract to the Council for the Central Laboratories 
of the Research Councils (CCLRC).  I will keep everyone informed of 
changes.  The official announcement was made at
