You need to edit the headers of each image (using the header edit function)
to change the origin xyz. Whether you change structural or functional first
doesn't matter: you're just changing a field in each of the files, not doing
anything dramatic to the images (yet!). Remember to change the headers of
*all* your functional scans, not just the first one. After you've changed
the headers, then run the coregistration as normal.
