One more line needs similar modification - line 117
from:
d = max([d ; T1(:) ; T3(:)]);
to:
d = 5.0;
As it appears, the d value on line 117 defines the color bar scale for the
first slice rendering, whereas the d value on line 267 defines the color
scale for subsequent renderings through cursor repositioning.
